Great location and stay for a mini family get away. Lots of space for our group of 12. The basement was great for our teens. The screened in porch was perfect for a book. The outside space worked well for outside games. The location was good for a morning walk hitting the coffee shop mid-way. The beach is walkable as well or close enough for a quick drop off. Hosts were informative!

La cabaña de Phoebe es simplemente mágica! Tiene una ubicación ideal, cerca de todo pero a la vez con una privacidad increíble y unas vistas de lujo! La cabaña es acogedora, elegante, espectacular! Nos encantó pasar nuestras vacaciones allí. Phoebe como anfitriona es única, es servicial, educada, amable, receptiva, está pendiente a cada detalle y se mantiene en comunicación constante incluso antes de la llegada. No hay palabras para describir su atención, lo lindo que fue tenerla como anfitriona y tampoco existen palabras para poder ilustrar lo bella que es su cabaña. Simplemente un sueño hecho realidad! Absolutely perfect stay! The chalet is in an exceptional location—peaceful, scenic, and serene. The accommodation was spotless and fully equipped with everything to make us feel right at home. From kitchen essentials to cozy touches, nothing was missing. What stood out most was the host’s responsiveness—every question or request was answered instantly with care and professionalism. This home was perfect for our family vacation as a group of 8. There was plenty of space to move around and lots of amenities that we enjoyed from the projector screen, beach items, toys and books, grill, and fire pit. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. We felt right at home, and loved the location. Very close to beaches and everything the city has to offer. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and felt very safe.

We decided to go to the mountains instead of the ocean for our family vacation this year and we loved it. The house was so much fun and comfortable. There were so many different things to do within 30 mins of the house. Smoky Mountains park was so beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at Phoebe’s place for a family vacation. We all had a great time in the house and the area. The house was plenty big for us to enjoy our time together without feeling crowed. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and made good use of our time there in the lake, canoe and kayak, hot tub and fire pit! The location is also great and we were able to do many different day trips from there! Everyone loved the house and our time there. We would happily stay again or recommend this house to others. Phoebe was a great host and so helpful and responsive to all my questions.

This house was perfect for our group of 13. The kids loved the bunk room and play area downstairs. The adults loved the screened in porch with a TV, fireplace and comfy furniture. The outdoor space was great as well with plenty of seating. Our primary suite was very roomy with an amazing mattress. Overall, we had an amazing time!! We rented an 8 seater golf cart from GoJo rentals !!! It’s a must!

Our family had the most amazing stay in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains! The cabin was perfect for us — cozy, clean, and full of fun. The kids absolutely loved the arcade games, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The swinging chairs were a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats while taking in the beautiful views. It was such a wonderful balance of relaxation and fun for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back!
