360 degrees of views sitting in a prime location in Chalet Village. Beautiful chalet with amenities. We enjoyed the games available as well as the 150” screen to watch our favorite movies on. The house is situated to easily drive down either side of town or even crossing over to Campbell Lead road and go down into town itself behind Ripley’s Aquarium. Mrs Phoebe was always helpful and patient with any of my questions and replied within a couple of minutes. Highly recommend. Accommodating for families with kids of any ages (we didn’t need it but there was a crib, playpen and high chair available).

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean and exactly as described, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated how quickly the host responded to all my messages, making the check-in process and overall communication completely seamless. Best of all, the location was incredibly private and quiet, providing the perfect peaceful environment for a relaxing getaway. Absolutely loved this modern cabin. Super clean, stylish, and peaceful. The hot tub was a huge bonus…. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. Beautiful views and an overall amazing stay. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at this cabin! The location was perfect for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house was just as described, with plenty of space, and lots of amenities. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. My wife said the S’mores were a nice touch, also.

This was our group’s 7th annual ski trip to the Boyne area and our first time staying at this home and it did not disappoint! We absolutely loved it. There was more than enough space for our group of 20 to spread out comfortably, and the house was well-stocked with plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Boyne Mountain, with beautiful lake views that made the stay even more special. We truly have nothing negative to say about our experience. I would highly recommend this home to other large groups looking for a fantastic place to stay in the Boyne area!

We had a large group so this place was perfect for the weekend of togetherness! Large place - lots of room . Furniture was comfortable . Nice kitchen to cook in . Great with kids . We did a winter trip but would love to do a summer stay to use the back patio and it is close to a beach . :) Thank you - we had a great time ! Highly recommend for a large group.

Very nice cabin with all the amenities. Location was excellent, felt secluded but also close enough to town. Host was very attentive in answering questions we had. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean and our family really enjoyed our stay and was able to relax. We give it a Rating of 10+ and definitely plan to stay there again 😀

The perfect way to spend a long winter weekend! Our group of adults, pre-teens, and kids immediately felt right at home. You can tell from the beautiful winter views that this place must also be very beautiful in the summer. Everything is as mentioned in the description. I melted into my bed. Everything was so soft and cozy and beachy. Even in February. Lots of sitting places for large groups. There was snow on the ground, so we didn't experience them all, but we practically lived in the three seasons room. The outdoor fireplace made it possible. Huge year round pool. We had it, and the jacuzzi, practically to ourselves. Easy check in, starter kit provided, huge Meijer near by, and super responsive hosts. Thank you, Phoebe! Most relaxing weekend we've had in a long time.

We all had a great time, we especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Thank you so much for enhancing our trip and giving us the most amazing house in Tennessee! I would also like to point out that the beds were really comfortable, it really felt like home.

Phoebes place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and games were great! Phoebe was very responsive with any questions we may have had. We had a wonder time at her cabin and will be back! We ended up extending our stay because we were having so much fun. We got snowed in and Phoebe was very kind to not rush us off the mountain and to stay until the roads were clear/ safe. Great place, great host definitely recommend Phoebes cabins and we will be booking again soon!
